HOUSEPARENTS
If the idea of guiding children ages ten through sixteen toward Christ and the right way of living sounds appealing, consider becoming Houseparents on our main campus in Paragould.
Candidates are faithful members of the churches of Christ. The housemother is hired to provide a routine that teaches children how to live in and trust a structured family environment. The housemother works with our professional staff, including eight other housemothers. The housefather provides spiritual leadership in the home while supporting his wife’s ministry. He can maintain employment off campus or be eligible for employment on campus, if positions are available.
The housemother position offers training, personal support, competitive salary, health insurance, 401K, twelve weeks off per year with accommodations and living expenses.

THERAPEUTIC CASEWORKER
Caseworker oversees students' progression in our on Paragould on-campus program (Experiential Learning Academy.) Requirements include a bachelors in social work and human services. Other majors considered include youth and family  ministry, Bible, education, and the behavior and social sciences, e.g. psychology, sociology, counseling, criminal justice, etc.  Must be willing to help facilitate experiential learning activities, e.g. wilderness therapy, high and low rope elements, equine assisted learning, and parent education. Training is provided.  Competitive salary and benefit package including a 401k.
