Candidates are faithful members of the churches of Christ. The housemother is hired to provide a routine that teaches children how to live in and trust a structured family environment. The housemother works with our professional staff, including eight other housemothers. The housefather provides spiritual leadership in the home while supporting his wife’s ministry. He can maintain employment off campus or be eligible for employment on campus, if positions are available.
The housemother position offers training, personal support, competitive salary, health insurance, 401K, twelve weeks off per year with accommodations and living expenses.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Children’s Homes, Inc. has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for an administrative assistant position in the administration offices on the Paragould campus. Qualified candidates should be faithful members of the churches of Christ and should have good communication and organizational skills. They should also be able to work well with people and have good computer and phone skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel are required. This is a full-time non-exempt hourly position. Children’s Homes, Inc. offers 10 paid vacation days after the first year of employment, five paid sick days annually from the beginning of employment and employer 401k contributions to an employee retirement account among other benefits, including health insurance and life insurance. FACILITIES OPERATIONAL MANAGER at THE RIDGE
Children's Homes, Inc. has an opening for Facilities Operational Manger (FOM) at The Ridge Retreat and Adventure Center (RRAC) . The FOM is responsible to the Director of the Ridge Retreat and Adventure Center. Education and experience requirements are high school graduates with additional post-secondary training. Must possess and demonstrate the ability to organize and safely manage facilities . Qualified candidates should be faithful members of the churches of Christ. The FOM assists with Adventure Counseling Experiences (Low and High Elements) for CHI students, patrons of the RRAC and summer sessions at the Crowley’s Ridge Youth Camp (CRYC), and cleaning and maintenance of the facilities.
